Registered Traditional Irish Draught Sport Horse Mare

Sweet, kind, willing, 12 year old, 16.3H, Registered Irish Draught Sport Horse mare by Glenlara for sale.  Recently purchased as a future Eventing/Foxhunting partner, life changes, force sale of this lovely mare.  She was bred, and owned by one family until I purchased her at the end of November 2016.  Started as a late 4 year old, trail ridden and hunted a few times, she was a pasture ornament until last fall, as her owner's health didn't allow for riding. So, she spent the majority of her life hanging in a field with her homebred sibling by Glenlara (RID) and a menagerie of other animals.

Since she arrived at Pleasant Meadow, I shipped her over to Bucks County Horse Park and hacked around during a show where she was foot perfect, and did a handful of rides until frigid temps had me hibernating.  She spent part of the spring with Jumper trainer Lauren Mower, and has been worked by Wendy Garfinkle of Ponyz on the Rockz.  She's done small course work, and although she starts off a bit tense, tends to settle in to work.  

She's not a kick ride,or for a beginner rider, as she gets confidence from her rider.  She would be a great Pony Club project, foxhunter or future Event horse in no time.  Plenty of videos to share from her former owner, and new ones being downloaded.

BANBURY CROSS aka TRINITY
8 YR. OLD, 16H, REG. HOLSTEINER MARE

Trinity is a stunning 8 year old registered Holsteiner mare.  Lightly restarted in April by dressage trainer Kendra Clarke after her foal was weaned.  Trinity spent May-July in full training with Sara Moore of Evermoore Eventing and has been in full training with Lauren Mower (Jumper) of Top Priority Farm since August.  Originally started as a late 4 year old, and bred at 5.  She's smart, willing, super laid back, incredibly sweet and has the potential to go far in any venue. Most suitable for an ambitious Junior or Adult Amatuer for Showjumping and Eventing, or take her in the Hunters with more miles.  She has a lovely, rhythmical canter and jump with the SWEETEST personality.  Happy to hang out at horse shows, is an easy keeper, and barefoot.  

Her Sire - Mr. Wizard was a versatile competitor.  Successful Advanced Eventer and Show Hunter.  His offspring have followed in his footsteps, and Trinity's full sister was Holsteiner of the Year, two years in a row at Training Level Eventing.  As she's not yet a made show horse, she's best suited to an intermediate rider and up. 

UPDATE 10/16: Trinity won her Itty Bitty Division at the Ridge on 9/16/17 and placed well the following weekend in the Level 0. She then showed Level 1 jumpers at Palermo on 9/24, and competed at the AVH Hunter Derby on 9/30/17 putting in lovely rounds in the 2'6" division + the Hunter Derby and Pairs class.  On 10/15 Trinity moved up to the .95M at The Ridge!  This mare is always in the ribbons and amazes us with her willing nature and ability every time we leave the farm.
UPDATE 10/20 - Trinity moved up to the 1.0M!

IRISH DRAUGHT SPORT HORSE​ MARE
Lovely, athletic, smart, and willing.  This mare has competed up to Novice Eventing with Sara Moore and is currently being shown by a junior rider who's currently part leasing her.  She's also hunted First Flight (like a Pro) with Amwell Valley Hounds.  This young lady will go far in any venue. 

She has schooled Training/Prelim XC questions and has the talent and athletic ability to move up the levels in Eventing and Jumpers.  She could also be a nice dressage prospect with her 3 nice gaits and natural ability.  

She has the sensibility of her Irish Draught dam (Fairfield Beauty), and the sensitivity of her Arabian sire (Psymadre).  I I can't say enough wonderful things about this young talented mare.  She's not a beginner's horse due to her sensitive nature, but there's nothing naughty about this girl, she can surely take a joke, will jump from any distance and doesn't easily get offended or flustered.  

Her Sire - Psymadre has produced top level Dressage horses with a local sibling competing at Intermediare 1 and winning in Open competition.

Registered with Irish Draught Horse Canada, C.O.P. with IDHS(NA) and also registered with the Arabian Horse Association. Lifetime registered with USEF/USDF/USEA.
